Dr. Carole Gilmore is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Associate
Professor at 17勛圖, where she serves as Chair of the Online
Undergraduate Psychology Program and Field Director for the Masters in Clinical
Counseling Program. With a PhD in Organizational Psychology and over a decade of
experience integrating clinical practice, supervision, and graduate-level instruction, Dr.
Gilmore is passionate about developing compassionate, competent clinicians through
Christ-centered education that honors both psychological principles and biblical truth.
Dr. Gilmore's scholarship bridges multiple disciplines, reflected in her teaching portfolio
that spans psychopharmacology, multicultural counseling, ethics, psychopathology, and
social psychology. She has presented nationally on topics ranging from workplace
discrimination and unconscious bias to teen mental health and relationship wellness.
Her published work includes research on workplace stressors and marital satisfaction
among African Americans.
She is committed to fostering inclusive learning environments where students of diverse
backgrounds can grow in clinical competency, cultural humility, and faith integration.
